No mobile internet outside EU

Hi,

I am abroad (Chile) I bought an mobile internet bundle yesterday, but I do not have internet. I have data roaming active and also my APN is smartsites.t-mobile. What can I do?

Yes. It is activated.

Finally, it worked to change the APN to internet.tele2.nl

Is internet abroad activated in Mijn Tele2 (or the mobile Tele2 app)?

Also please try different locations, since mobile networks abroad can be less good then in NL.
