No connection while abroad

Greetings,

I am currently abroad in France and my SIM won' connect to any mobile networks. The SIM was working perfectly fine in The Netherlands, but now I can't use my number for anything. When I go to manual network selection only a small list appears and am unable to connect to any local carriers. I have also tried almost all of the solutions mentioned in the forum. I know the problem is not my phone, as I have restarted it many times and my 2nd SIM is working. 

I feel like I have a roaming block or something like this.

Hey Marios, good that you filled in your phone number in your profile. I checked and I saw a blockage on international roaming. I removed this blockage for you, so you should be able to connect to a network again. If this is not the case within 30 minutes, please restart your phone.
