No connection abroad after trying to troubleshoot

Hey community! 
I’m traveling to Spain from the Netherlands. And ever since landing a few days ago, my phone doesn’t get any reception at all. I have tried all range of things from checking the APN is internet.tele2.nl, resetting the device, airplane mode on/off, automatic and manual network selection, roaming is on, reinserting the sim, etc. Nothing seems to help:( Unfortunately, I can’t check my tele2 account since it requires verification via sms-code which I can’t receive due to connection🥲

Can somebody help me out of this maze? Thank you in advance!

Hey @jane123456

First off; welcome to our Community! Good to see that you filled in your phone number in your profile. I checked your account and there are no blockages on roaming. So that’s good, but let’s see what we can do to fix this for you.

Which networks did you try to connect with? In Spain you can use Movistar, Orange and Xfera (Yoigo). I suggest using Movistar (that’s the one I always use when I’m in Spain). 

If you already tried connecting to one of those and that doesn’t work, please try the following:

Change the APN internet.tele2.nl to either internet or smartsites.t-mobile
