New Client : SIM only SEPA (EU) IBAN not accepted

I tried several time but the SIM only subscription web page does not accept my DE (germany) IBAN. The form keep changing it in NL. it seems the Tel2 system does not allow to use European IBAN  although Tele2 is obliged to accept EU  IBAN according to European Law (Art. 9 of Regulation No 260/2012). 


I saw other cases being resolved by moderator via PM , I would like to be contacted so to proceed with the order.


PS I tried to use a family member NL IBAN but the order get rejected (I assume name of account holded and SIm card contract holder need to match)
