i'm trying to extend my contract with a phone but for some reasons I cannot do that, as I don't have a Dutch passport (although I am a EU citizen) - it asks me to go to a winkel.
1) can you fix this? It's quite an issue to have to go to a winkel for every change. I've been already registered with tele2 for years and you have all my relevant data
2) the promotion for iphone xr expires at midnight, so for that reason I won't be able to access it : is there any way to be able to get the same conditions from tomorrow in the store?

If you want to extend your contract and you do not have a Dutch ID card, this is only possible through one of our stores or online via www.mobiel.nl or www.gsmweb.nl. Also when we allready have your ID, for every new contract there are checks that must be done, especially when it comes to a device loan.
The promotion, the so called the "Dit Wil Ik Weken" for, among others the iPhone, has been extended to today!
