Could you please explain why I have to pay 49.4 euro?

Hello, my name is Suat Nguyen. My phone number is 0640 xxx xxx. Two years ago, my uncle, whose name is xxx, made a sim card for me, and he paid 11 euro monthly. Last month, I went to Tele2 store to change my bank account. The bank account has been changed successfully. However, today, 25 February, I have to pay 49.4 euro.
Could you please explain why I have to pay 49.4 euro?

No thanks but its better to fill in your customer nr in to your Forum account because normal they ask you to send them a PM and not the other way around.
Could you please show me where to fill in?

When you click on your screen name you see a blue button with the words "bewerk profiel" then scroll down to the word " klantnummer" there you fill in your account nr.
What is my account nr? and How to find it?

2 subscriptions??? How come?
I remember vividly that I have used only one subscription which is 11 Euro monthly.
I did not subscribe for any subscription. How come I get the second subscription?
The only thing I did is changing the bank account number. That's all.

Could you help me please?
