Cancellation of Mobile Subscription

Hello,

I am have been attempting to cancel my mobile subscription, I attempted to go to the store in The Hague but it appears to be gone and I have attempted to call customer services to cancel multiple times and once I was randomly hung up on and the others seemed to fail to connect.

So I was wondering if there is a way that it can be cancelled online? Because alternatively I will just have to tell my bank to block Tele2 from withdrawing money, it shouldn't be difficult to cancel a product.
